Job Summary – Measured Building Surveyor.
Sky Vision Surveys Ltd has vacancies for experienced and graduate or trainee Measured Building Surveyors, working throughout the United Kingdom but based at of our Rayleigh office in Essex.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years proven experience in all aspects of building measurement surveying including detailed scale floor plans, elevations, and sections. Applicants must be proficient with AutoCAD and able to produce highly accurate 2D surveys within agreed timescales. Knowledge of 3D laser scanning and processing point cloud data in Leica Cyclone Core and Register 360 software would be advantageous but not essential.
Experience of producing surveys in Revit from Laser Scanning point cloud data would be advantageous but again not essential. An interest in gaining professional membership of the RICS is encouraged by the practice.
The position requires the day-to-day working in a team, gaining experience in every aspect of measured survey projects from initial site visit to final deliverable.
